Prince Harry’s Book ‘Spare’ Goes On Sale, Climbs Best Seller Charts

Copies of Prince Harry’s new tell-all book titled “Spare” went on sale one minute after midnight on Tuesday, (10 January 2023), in London, England.

The Spanish version of the bombshell book erroneously went on sale early in Spain, with British media publishing excerpts about a difficult relationship with other members of The Royal Family.

CNN reports that the autobiography features a litany of rebukes, criticisms and grievances from Harry’s time as a senior member of the royal family, and details of his highly publicised split from the clan in 2020.

In the book Harry alleges that Prince William, his older brother, knocked him onto the floor during an argument over Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.

The alleged scuffle took place after a conversation between the two siblings, during which William, called Harry Meghan “difficult,” “rude” and “abrasive,” according to the book.

CNN reports that the confrontation escalated until William “grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and … knocked me to the floor,” Harry writes.

Spare is already no.2 on Amazon’s best-seller list in America and the UK in pre-sales alone.
