Fresh from going separate ways with coach Benni McCarthy, AmaZulu football club has unveiled Brandon Truter as “interim head coach”.
In a terse statement on Sunday AmaZulu said the appointment of the former Moroka Swallows coach was with “immediate effect” until the end of the season.
AmaZulu were last season’s runners up to the title, but they lie 9th on the log.
“We look forward to competing in the league with the remaining seven games,” said AnmaZulu
“The search for the head coach to lead the team beyond this season has commenced and should be finalised before the end of April.”
